One thing I would add is that so often we feel we need to have confidence before we take risks, but the truth is that we build our confidence BY taking risks! I see this everyday when I watch my 1-year old daughter. As she learns how to move through the world, she is constantly making mistakes. However, she never gives up or judges herself for them, and always continues on until she succeeds.</description>
